Key Rule: For numbers 3-10, the number form is the opposite of the noun's gender:
• Masculine nouns → number ends in -ah (looks feminine): שְׁלוֹשָׁה יְלָדִים
• Feminine nouns → number has no -ah ending: שָׁלוֹשׁ יְלָדוֹת
